I am still giving you guys a high rating even though our transportation had mechanical issues, the driver Alex noticed it right away and arranged other transportation. The other driver Charles was in Regina and had to go to Moose Jaw to get the bus. They were both apologetic about the wait and this happening. They moved mine and my cadets luggage from 1 bus to the other while the kids and I sat on the air conditioning bus. We got the opportunity to ride on the Moose Jaw Warriors bus and my cadets were thrilled about that. Thank you to the drivers for getting us safely back home. Job well done.
Just took a trip with them to Calgary for my sons ball tournament. Our driver was awesome very polite, and accommodating. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to other teams looking for a carrier company to use
Sometimes trips don’t go exactly as planned. This one started out with a few bumps. Understanding that life happens, I try to teach my students that it’s not the bumps that matter but how they are dealt with. Billy Buckton and South Sask Bus Lines worked so hard and so quickly to ensure our Whistler trip was not derailed due to a breakdown and I am so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency they showed us. Our drivers were absolutely amazing and always put our safety and needs first. I am so thankful we have this wonderful company so close to Swift Current and I highly recommend them to anyone who is taking a trip! Thanks Billy!
We just returned from a school trip to Winnipeg. Greg was fantastic; professional, positive, and safely got us from place to place! Winnipeg has some pretty narrow streets but he manoeuvred the bus expertly. He was positive and great with our students! High fives all around!
Went to Disneyland with this bus company! They were amazing. I had to have a scooter because I had a broken ankle and they were so accommodating and helpful!
Went to Disneyland with a group of youth who never left Canada! Jonathon and Charles made our journey very comfortable! Johnathon was a great tour guide while we were in California! He even went on rides with our students! Outstanding!
Great company - traveled with them to New York - and the drivers were friendly and incredibly helpful. Jon and Jeff went above an beyond helping everyone off the bus. Also when the bus broke down (alternator) outside Minot - the company instantly contacted another company to get us and deliver us to Minot - and then send another Bus within minutes of the breakdown to get us home. We were tired of course - but they handled the situation like pro's.
Just got back from Disney World, amazing drivers and host Connie. No issues at all wonderful time, the trip turned out to much much more than we expected!! Soon will be booking another trip with this company!!!!
